That is something that penny traders would not understand for the most part because traders generally do not think strategically. But, if someone wanted to go onto the market to buy $3.25 million the stock would find its way back to $1.00. And as you know, professional investors want to deal directly with the company, because they are interested in putting their money to work, not playing a penny stock. That is not to say that wealthy people don't play stocks, but not with strategic investment money.
