In my post #879, I said "It will be interesting to see how much of the toxic debt is converted {to preferred shares], since no one is obligated to do so. It will take very favorable terms to get all parties to switch over."
Judging by today's news, evidently not all parties are happy with the current deal offered them. This is why we have not heard anything on the debt reduction for a while now.
Just when things start to perk up, we always seem to snatch defeat from the jaws of victory. Well, just a few days till Q3, lets see what awaits us.
