Zat, no worries afterall IR replied to both you and me and I'm sure other SH' s as well that the suit was settled and "they were in the process of finalizing payment" which means to me the plaintiff still had not yet actually received payment.
Apparently Longside is now dragging in our institutional investor Brifdgeport/ Samaran into the court proceedings. On face value that seems to be a negative however its my belief in a weird sort of way it may be a positive.
This will now most certainly GET EVERYONE OFF THEIR ASS to get the funding and 21M into the NTEK bank account, get those longside leaches paid off, and we can then move on to what is really important, 3.0, A-list content, UF marketing campaign along with audited financials.
