thx for providing those links .. but i suspect that no matter what got posted
certain entities would *believe* that no OTC company or stock has ever been
a *target* by NR .. because of course NR isn't motivated by *money*
bottom line is *many* (i would never post *all*) believe there is an abusive short
in P2O via PTOI .. equally clearly .. it will only be with mgmt's execution that that
will become visible .. if mgmt executes on items (material) noted in March 2016's
update in conjunction with MOU round 2 .. conveying to a DA .. imo *visibility*
will be meteoric .. if mgmt's execution is doled out piece meal fashion .. suspect
NRs' cycles of money gets reinvigorated .. actually going UP b4 going down and
rinse/repeat from there
last time NR *ran* PTOI up .. was Jan 2013 ..
