Manual, Look at NTEK's quarterly reports under Investment Credit that amount reported is based on end of quarter closing price for NTGL times 130 million NTGL shares being held by NTEK for subsequent distribution.
Steel Penny pointed this out years ago when we didn't get shares.
Take 130,000,000 NTGL shares held in abeyance by NTEK times closing share price of NTGL shares on last day of quarter equals the Investment Credit.
Sept 30, 2016 : . 007 X 130 mm = $910,000
Dec 30, 2016 .: 0067 X 130 mm = $$871,000
March 31, 2017: .0097 X 130 mm = $1,261,000.
June 30, 2017 : .005 X 130 mm = $650,000
NTEK spun off NTGL assets and received the shares for distribution to shareholders based on a formula for share holders of record effective Feb 6, 2015 subject to approval. How long does it take to get stock approval and why does NTGL not communicate the status with its shareholders or provide any information since 2015?
