I think you need to learn to read and write. I never said they violated FBAR rules, whatever that is, in the post you responded to. There are Florida statutes in place regarding reporting. It's also referenced in the permit.
Now I do have the latest report, and continue to request them on a regular basis. As I wrote in my previous post, the issue is Reg FD, which has nothing to do with the BAR and Florida statutes.
If Kyle disclosed non-public info to someone they are supposed to be responsible with that information.....i.e. Not trade on it or leak it to someone who may. It should be released by the company, not anonymous posters. Unless of course they have a link.
