Cellceutix believes Prurisol works on PRINS and IL17.
Embrel is a TNF alpha blocker, so different MOA's
Prurisol might work for other things as well like Embrel does. I believe RA has been mentioned in literature.
The CD 4 comes from my DD which I have hinted at several times but most missed it. It's not a deal breaker, just one more risk. It's most likely where the possible "black box warning" comment comes from in Cellceutix's SEC filings (that most don't read)
