Not necessarily. Sometimes big companies may not pay the invoice right away. Sometimes I don't get invoices paid for 30-120 days out. It sucks but it happens. Also, it depends on when SFORtold them to pay. We don't know that part. SFOR may be wanting to show financial hardship for purpose of lawsuits.
