According to these numbers on growth, this is the forecast for 2018-2021 and number of kilograms of quantum dots needed (assumes .75 gram per 60" TV).

Looks like a short fall on supply in 2018. I don't think Samsung and Nanosys have the combined capacity to produce almost 6,000 kg of cadmium free quantum dots in 2018. Nanoco seems to only have capacity for about 500 kg/yr.
