CDEL has a 12k order in now, at .75. This is probably part of yesterday's 50,100 order at .76. They think someone is going to be stupid enough to sell to them at this level.

One would have to be a fool to do so. Or, a dangerous gambler playing for pennies, which is a very, very dumb thing to do at a time like this, when there could be an announcement at any time.
