Message reach is critical to gaining new interest. In the past the reach was via PR, that depending on placement, was subject to varied success. The reach was further augmented by traders who have a following. The addition of a twitter account, and any other means of messaging, will be beneficial to reaching new interest. Anything they do to improve the widespread delivery of the Q2 before it is filed is a good thing. Initial impact only happens on initial release, if you get my point.
