It would seem there is a Reg FD violation with such a post. If the company is not ready to reveal this "alleged" great news, then why is making such claims?

Also, when he references things going on behind the scenes one has to think it's what is happening on site. Whatever it is is supposed to revealed to the BAR by law. The is nothing in their reports to suggest there is this rosy picture he is trying to paint.

I do notice some notes are due soon. I'm sure that's just a coincidence.

BTW.....he/she was asked to provide a report to the BAR that backed hisher claims.
