Not at all. Its a game right now. The groups accumulating $AZFL have to bid sit between this guys bid and ask walls and absorb as much as they can to deplete his stockpile. Then as you can see he is not able to refill bidding below the group they attack his ask wall all at once and take away the flippers shares. At the point it'll take off. OTTV did the same thing for weeks before it flew and the flipper finally lost all shares.
