When they are close, I want to see an 8k vaguely outlining a completed or near definitive agreement on the deal. Not where, or all the details, just a heads up. That should bring in the buyers on the side, and then new investors upon press release.

I'm not going to sugar coat this sentiment. As happy as I am with the potential of this company, and the product and team, I'm getting frustrated with the complete silence on "what" it is that the company is doing for growth plans in general , at least. I'm sure we're ok, but concrete public update would make some fiscal sense here. Even though it is not something nate owes shareholders, it is fair to be asking for some updates at this point. With no news since February, A/S increase, obvious support from investors, and evidence of continued production, 6MONTHS is a long time to hang with no update after deal fell through.
