it's the tech that matters .. not the site
there is no guarantee that NF will come back on line *if* other aspects come into play
it's one of the reasons *some* actual P2O investors have an interest in whether
the blending site gets leased or sold outright
again no one involved in executing a disruptive tech does so in a box
