Sal, CTI has nothing to do with DECN shareholders and it is a myth that share ownership gives a shareholder any rights other than to vote on certain matters under certain conditions. A DECN shareholder, for example, does not have the right to visit your restaurant for purposes other than buying one of your famous pizzas.

People, especially penny stock holders get all crazy over share price. I hope that if mugsy tries to visit CTI again that they ask him to leave because he has no business there, and if he refuses, I hope they call the police to have him removed. That might bring an end to this small shareholder entitlement nonsense.
