It just inexcusable for them to being late..Some said oh its no big deal, it is a big deal especially when you're small and trust and everything what matters the most...The stock started taking below $1 after their late reporting in Late March...Didn't they supposedly hired a new and bigger accounting firm in Isreal months ago?? What the f..k are they doing? ? Partying with the investor's money? They got all the times to file and they didn't, very unreliable management. ..Glad I don't own it , it only buy to flip. .
