Exactly, if that is the case Long Side's losses could escalate rapidly and I suspect they would want to settle with NTEK dropping the suit and on much more favorable terms. Would love to see Long Side start getting daily margin calls if that is what they did. Scumbags they are. Go NTEK!!!
