I can't help but wonder if Long Side is short? Did they sell over 2 million shares they anticipated receiving and did NTEK find out that they had and that is why this lawsuit is dragging on and on and on? As we all know there is no limit to the loss on naked shorted shares should the stock price start climbing and that sure looks to be what is happening here. If this is what happened and if the buying pressure continues things are going to get very interesting imo. Go NTEK!!!
