$OTTV - doesn't need internet account for my smart devices or my smart tv - viva runs on phone data 3g or 4g - that is all i use to watch viva on phone, smart tv, or computer- works just fine and has consistently fast download speed - unlimited phone data plan is cheaper than direct or comcast internet - and faster
