How can you blame a company that tried just to survive w limited resources under a huge lawsuit?
If you are "self entitled" like many, if not the overwhelming percentage of penny stock traders (and manipulators) are, then the company's failure to get a hundred million dollars from J&J and to share the money with its "loyal" shareholders, makes Mr. Berman a crook and a loser.
Here's a classic alternative example. TAUG has a lawsuit, a very much run of the mill lawsuit, for professional liability against a former auditor. If TAUG doesn't make a big score in that lawsuit, and I don't know how they can, or if they ever could, given the behavior of Johnny and the TAUG thugs throughout the suit, the word is that TAUG "shareholders" will bring a class action suit against the former auditors. That is major big time self entitlement.
