Your right. i sold a lot of shares above 3.00 but bought back in at 2.69 and continued to buy shares on the way down. My basis is now 1.31. Something is just not right, OWCP looks like a legit company but at times it seems Laurel and Hardy are at the controls......and of course, there are the questions..................
