$IPIX *legal* short data reported since Jan 2017

note for any new eyes .. IPIX (fka CTIX) changed name and ticker with no notice
to NR (non retail) on 6.9.17

now what is beyond telling when viewed in the aggregate .. is what is *reported*
and when specific to the *legal* short in IPIX .. btw .. if one wants to track %s
one tracks against the float not the IO (float = freely trading .. IO is issued and
outstanding which includes non trading/restricted shares)

for the first 4 months of 2017 .. retail will note that the amount reported by SROs
( self reporting entities ) is held within a range of 100,000 ..
the cynical among us will note the *tightly held stall* being done by NR .. or as i
refer to it .. throw the dart for the number *reported*

2 key dates to note .. specific to SROs' *data* .. are 5.10.2017 ( 52 week low
was reset on IPIX/CTIX) and 6.9.2017 .. when $IPIX first began to trade

this is lengthy post .. but worth digesting to see the bogus bs done and
reported .. and why this next round imo is being done to try and part *actual* shares

i refer to this as NRs' set ups (rounds) .. imo NR has a real issue with the 90c to 1.00 range ..

which is why they have done what i refer to as mini cycles .. i.e. run up
IPIX to say 1.05 .. then take IPIX back down on relentless compression and the
tapes of the trades on the compression back down reveal significant wash trading

.. this
is why noting the daily tapes of trades and volume avgs matter .. it's far easier
to manipulate a few days vs 3 months' worth of trading data .. especially when
mgmt tosses in a few grenades ..

First .. note the sequence and dates of what is reported re: legal from Jan to EO April 2017 .. the low is 784k from 1.13.17's settlement date .. to a high of 879k approx a month later

Second .. vital to remember when the *last* 52 week low was reset .. that was 5.10.2017 but remember that the Q was filed ah's on the 9th of May

remember this is all psychological .. so because the Q was filed ah's (after hours)
on 5.9.17 .. the first day to show via *tape of trades and controlling pps* was May 10th ..

Make no mistake .. if NR can ..they will reset the 52 week low for various reasons
two of which include the demoralization of actual investors and to flood SMBs with FUD

as if the only aspect of any company is their stock price .. every retail investor
who has taken the time to learn NRs' tactics .. knows the easiest way to *control*
aspects is to control the PPS .. *targeted* mgmts' on the OTC .. learn this and
in response counter (and they are not always able to) by building a foundation
of granite .. it's crystal clear to anyone who listened to Innovation Pharma's last
CC that that is exactly what is being done ..
