It is time for Mr.Berman to shoot them down.
Shoot who down? Mr. Berman's job is to run the company, not spend his time dealing with disgruntled former shareholders who act in their predictable fashion because iHub provides a forum for them.
I was told very early in my former career that the most difficult companies to work with are small public companies. Even 30 years ago, small public companies had large numbers of entitled small shareholders, and a-holes who sold but still stood on their soap boxes.
So why empower or enable these sick people?
