I agree the more that grow the better as long as get their accounting done properly and are Filling with the IRS. I know when your are doing international business the accounting requirements are important. I'm thinking they are waiting until all of the other countries get on board and they expand dealers in the US. Then we might see some progress towards filing with the sec. I'm sure that it is expensive to hire a large accounting firm to get audited financials.
