I can honestly say this is the 2nd time I ever invested in a penny stock in the OTC. The one other time i did, I knew someone that worked for the company.
I read somewhere there are micro Institutional funds that do invest in the OTC, but I don't know their criteria.
I do know that big investors like Carl Icahn and Warren Buffett do dabble in penny stock if they like what they see.
