I would assume, first, that Leo would not sign a CDA with an exclusivity clause prohibiting IPIX from parallel talks with other BPs.
While there is no guarantee that multiple BPs have signed CDAs on each of our drugs or specific uses of those drugs (Leo did say multiple CDAs but did not specify on which drugs or applications), I would bet Leo could tell one BP that another has made an offer.
Doubt the paperwork would allow him to say "$10.1 billion is all you need to top" but he could say "you're getting warmer."
