while I'm in the mood to lecture GC ... I think he needs to rethink his anti-dilution clause ... greed kills more companies than incompetence ...
Coates is never going to to attract the capital, investors and houses it will need to globally grow, if GC controls 80.1 % of the stock ...
anymore than 20% is like pigs at the trough ... and you know what happens to them ...there's no fak'in bacon ...
GC deserves all the credit for thinking up the rotary valves, sticking with the development, etc etc ...
but he also deserves all the blame for strangling the Company and not getting it off the ground ...
