Many of the shares are locked up so the float is relatively small. We moved up from $3mil to $100mil on anticipation of certification and new leadership/direction. Now settled at $40+ million we could move much higher when revenues are in our view when a large amount of buyers come in. Won't take billions of shares of buying. Remember how fast this stock moved when the buying came in. Such is the case with many small caps.
