UAMM: They cancelled 30M shares. They updated the share structure on their website, but has yet to be changed on the OTC markets. It should be updated there within the next day or two. Here is their updated share structure, taken from their website.

It appears as though they are starting to move forward after the ticker change fiasco they had. Hopefully they time it right and can be in full swing once the MJ sector starts to run here soon.
