The Case Management Conference was scheduled for August 16th. The attorney was required to file a form CM-110 at least 15 days prior to the conference. On August 1st, the Court rescheduled the Conference for December 20th apparently because the form had not been filed.

On August 2nd, the attorney filed the form. It appears they forgot to file it and were trying to get the Court to keep the original August 16th date since they still referenced it on the form.
