I went back and added up all of the things this Company said they were going to do but didn't just since I first started buying the stock:
Submitted request for RPDD in ESS to FDA on 12/29/16 (response was expected within 6 months) No update, never mentioned again.
Submitted request for RPDD in MANF to FDA on 2/16/16 (response was expected within 6 months) No update, never mentioned again.
Scheduled Shareholder Meeting to increase A/S on 3/29/16 - Cancelled
Entered into LOI with unnamed JV partner on 6/16 to develop ESS- expired, no update
Entered into agreement with US Army to conduct trials for ESS- Terminated 1/16/17, no reason given, no explanation.
Entered into agreement with Lonza to manufacture ESS - terminated by Lonza for nonpayment on 9/7/16
Scheduled Shareholder meeting again on 11/11/16 to increase A/S- Cancelled for 2nd time, no reason given, no update
Amended Note holders on 2/20/17- amendments expired, no update.
Entered into LOI with SeD on 2/27/17- expired, no update.
Pretty pathetic track record at this point. The only reason I bought the stock though was that I am still confident that someone, somehow at some point will realize the true value of the assets. As far as how, when or who,nobody knows. I think if they replaced GC with literally anyone, we would probably run to 10 cents- he is that bad.
