The problem is they already stated this in the shareholder letter. Today's PR is nothing new as usual. Another thing, what is "near" 100% 80? 85? 90? Just state the actually percentage. How difficult would it have been to attach a sentence telling that received they first installment from Freschfield for $250,000? It will be interesting to see if they did.
