if enough actual shareholders sell PTOI % wise .. NR can take take the stock
to sub 1c .. or even below .. again most recognize what was done .. and when
it was undertaken (Dec 2009 first run re: cycles of money) .. the hand off to
the sell side .. usually goes far more smoothly (Jan 2010) for the next round
(this time down) .. it didn't and it's why *volume* matters .. the *break* of May
2010 was done on under 800,000 in *volume* .. and so it would go

now with 2017's volume literally tracking 2009's .. the issue is clear because
as of this date .. P2O (the company) survives .. what comes to pass from here
only mgmt has a clue .. but the I/O is enviable .. the tech has been independently
validated and permitted by NYSDEC .. and the *tout* of the trolls for years there
.. has an interest in installing P2O's tech .. which to me is the most interesting
aspect of all .. because as more than a few have noted .. while RH hasn't .. RC has
