The .0010s were taken out then a moron duped by bashers tried undercutting the ask with 6M at .0010. Then he sold into the 23M .0009 whale bid which has since been topped up to 21M.
Looks like the .0011 ask will be about 16M (because now some one-tick flippers got .0010s).
