Apple is mentioned twice and I'm curious about their use of the phrase "in concordance with Apple's recent announcement".
Concordance can mean either "in agreement with" or "in harmony with".
You don't see the word concordance used much. Maybe I'm reading too much into this but it's a way to say something without directly saying something. Especially if you're under a NDA.
