The 8K just confirms for me that the pps isn't going anywhere soon; it tells me that they have 25M shares to issue which will slow share price. Once that issuance is complete though EXAD should do well. At least they are very transparent; they've released more 8Ks than anyone I can remember (13 since 05/2017). I'll continue to watch.
