EFLN be very careful trading this one. CEO does not know how to track assets legally. I have flipped it here and there... but this is a very shady CEO making false gold claims for assets when he only leases the land and does not own it, or the mineral rights... and there is no proof any more gold exists in these claims, because they were already mined. CEO used his eval to try and get approval for financing his commercial real estate project... some mall, retail commercial facility. Either way... another dying industry and the commercial real estate bubble is real and will cripple the world economy unless entrepreneurs find a way to use all this empty retail space and attract millennials to it. Need something interactive... esports, VR experiences, indoor pro carts, etc. they are crazy popular and filling huge retail space at Mall of America, for example... SMAASH is a company that has all of the above referenced and takes up an entire upper floor corner at Mall of America. Just my opinion and I hope everyone crushes it with EFLN. Personally I'm out and have been out after taking my initial run up. I am not even going to flip it anymore. To much risk for the SEC halting the trading due to filings showing 500 million in assets.... and that just is not true. GLTA.
