Your response is simply false.
Yes, permanently. There is no mechanism for AMBS to redeem his 250,000 shares of Series F. (I guess he could voluntarily sell them back to the company - but you would hear about that.)
And his 250,000 shares of Series F are not convertible - so he can't convert them to common and sell (even if they were registered - which they are not). So he still holds all of those shares.
