I'm all for getting 'cheapies' but for those that refuse to purchase at the ask, it makes it that more difficult to get to above .01 which is necessary to reach the company goal to get uplisted.
The higher we can get the share price now the smaller the r/s would need to be to reach that goal.
The smaller the r/s the more shares of the company you will have after the r/s. I understand that the valuation will be the same. But I would much rather have, let's say 100,000 shares of that valuation than 50,000 shares.
