Call me an optimist but I see those filings as a good thing. Dotting the I's and crossing the T's prior to takeoff. I don't see a thing wrong with gifting stock either and have done same on several occasions. I look forward to paying it forward once IPIX allows me to do so. Go IPIX!!!
