Spot on! there are a lot of platforms that offer 4k/HDR content, but what all platforms have problems with are......
1.Quality (at a Manageable bit rate...below 10megs...)
2. streaming without buffering issues....again bit rate and CDN issues, based around bit rate and compression....
3. latency issues & quality together.....
Those issues you can't solve over night... Our Boys some how did... now I'm not saying they have forever but they have time.
Remember look at what the average bandwidth to cell phones/tablets... and in the homes its low..... yes 5G is coming... but you still have a bottle neck you will always have a bottle neck for Bandwidth
