2018 is a key year for all MMJ programs and stocks. In the US, many states have approved MMJ, but the time frame to have everything up and running is 2018. If I'm not mistaken, I believe that the EU countries that approved MMJ have a similar time frame.
So the cream being market ready puts it ahead of the curve for MMJ-2018 when real sales can start. It's not OWC that's dragging their feet as such, but the roll out of the MMJ programs in all the different locations.
If it's not actually legal to sell product yet, there's nothing any MMJ company can do to hurry it along.
