I don't care whether it is American or unAmerican but it is a crime and corruption scene. Google the founder of IHub and see how their ToU was established. Everything is arranged in a way to facilitate organised bashing, pump and dumps and all kinds of manipulation. These OTC stocks have no coverage whatsoever from reliable channels; therefore, they saw the merits of putting that together to rip people off. It is a shame that the most advanced capital market in the world enables such criminal activity w no control.
