so who owns the 70M shares? Maybe between boards we have 5M shares. Who owns all the rest? Who has the voting power? Who stands to gain on recovery? It's crazy to me there isn't some major parties who couldn't get some money in here and have all their shares be valued 10-20x higher if not more....
