I don't think that's the case. I don't believe Dr. B could have made the decision to sell any time in recent months if he's been actively observing trial progress. I think this sale was likely planned 6-12 months ago and it was just an unlucky timing for him.

Or, if the above is not the case, maybe the results are so good he just needs that cash for the down payment on a new beach house. The other 800K shares will take care of the rest.

I highly doubt Leo or the lawyers would allow him to sell if there is even remotely dubious news to come. Mako would have a field day with it. If the shark shows up this week we could see new 5 year lows.
