The gift doesn't bother me. Could have been for any reason but I suspect they're locked up as tightly as the ones Leo owns.
As for the Bertolino sale I'm not sure what to make of it. I'm guessing it was a pre-planned sale as I doubt he could trade currently without a prior plan in place. Bertolino is submerged in inside information right now and has been for a while. I would guess they expected the stock to be higher at this time but that's just not how it worked out. Unlucky sale?
