A simple way to maybe stop it is a NOBO call. That alone could clear the naked shorts.
However, regular retail can't naked short a stock, only those, like big pharma, that have the connections to do it.
Is there naked shorting going on? Maybe, but without news from OWC the price will slide for now.
I'm with others, will visit again in the middle of 2018 when nearly all MMJ areas will have their programs up and running.
