DILUTION - DOUBLE OF SHARE COUNT
At first glance this company looked extremely promising and I even considered a solid block investment here, but shortly after digging into the company some more quickly realized management say the OTC as one huge piggybank and cared nothing about shareholder value. With that, I urge caution if you had this security/company on your radar. While they do have a ton of events going on, they are more interested in saving their own hides that taking care of shareholders......
Recently approved doubling of shares from 300K to 600K with some preferred on top of that as well....they are more interested in lining pockets that running a viable, shareholder value driven company. BUYER BEWARE!!!!
