I will consider beer battered chicken if done with Guiness Black Lager.
(Personally I like chicken legs or wings marinated for "Chinese chicken wings"like you would get with a Poo-Poo platter at a chinese or polynesian restaurant.I have a killer recipe for them for the grill).
